At Apex Traders Group LTD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains your rights and our procedures in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and other applicable UK consumer protection laws.
Your Right to Cancel
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us by email within the 14-day cancellation period.

Once you have informed us of your decision, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, items must:
- Be returned within 14 days of notifying us.
- Be unused wherever possible.
- Be in their original packaging.
- Include all accessories, manuals and components supplied.
- Be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
You may inspect the goods as you would in a retail shop, but excessive handling that reduces the value of the item may result in a deduction from your refund.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to goods that are:
- Of satisfactory quality.
- Fit for purpose.
- As described.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Photographs where appropriate.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty or supplied incorrectly, we will arrange one of the following at no additional cost to you:
- A replacement.
- A repair (where appropriate).
- A full refund.
We will also reimburse any reasonable return postage costs for faulty or incorrect items.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Unless faulty or not as described, we cannot accept returns for:
- Personalised or custom-made products.
- Perishable goods.
- Sealed products that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
- Gift cards or digital products where applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or within 14 days of receiving proof that the goods have been returned, whichever is earlier.
Original standard delivery charges will also be refunded where required by UK law. Additional charges for premium or express delivery services are non-refundable.
Return Postage
If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, Apex Traders Group LTD will cover the reasonable cost of returning the item.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning goods, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund (where eligible) and place a new order through our website.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your card issuer or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
- If you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
