Thank you for shopping with Apex Traders Group LTD. We aim to dispatch your order quickly and ensure it arrives safely.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day of receiving payment.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will always endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping

We ship throughout the United Kingdom using trusted courier services, including:

  • Royal Mail
  • DPD
  • Other reputable UK courier partners where appropriate

The courier used will depend on the size, weight and destination of your order.

Tracked Delivery

All orders are shipped with a fully tracked delivery service.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your parcel from dispatch through to delivery.

Delivery Times

From the time you place your order to delivery, orders typically arrive within 2–3 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by:

  • Bank Holidays
  • Severe weather
  • Courier delays
  • High demand periods (such as Christmas or major sales)

While we work closely with our delivery partners, Apex Traders Group LTD cannot be held responsible for delays that are outside of our control.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before completing your order.

We cannot accept responsibility for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at Apextradersgroupltd@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the address before your order is dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your tracking information has not updated or your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate the issue with the courier.
